Black Belt Industrial Engineer

This is a contract role for an Industrial Engineer, located on-site in Denver, CO. The client is a start-up company. The Black Belt Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analyzing or creating and standardizing current processes, developing and implementing process improvement strategies, and working closely with different departments to streamline operations. Daily tasks include data analysis, creating engineering plans, and collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Equipment sourcing with equipment manufacturers and finding automation solutions for the client will be a large deliverable. Other deliverables will entail layout optimization, production optimization, providing AutoCAD (or similar) layouts, improving processes via time studies, etc.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Industrial Engineering and Process Improvement
• Knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering
• Proficiency in developing and implementing process improvement strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the targeted industries is a plus
