A premier Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a skilled
BAS Controls Construction Manager in Denver, CO.This role centers on overseeing mission-critical retrofit and integration projects within the BAS and data center environments.

• Lead BAS retrofit, upgrade, and integration efforts across mission-critical facilities.
• Manage construction budgets, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall field execution.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company, client, and industry standards.
• Oversee installation and upgrades involving BMS controls, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Review engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate installation activities with engineers, vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot field issues, identify solutions, and support timely project delivery.
• Ensure all projects meet quality expectations and align with customer requirements.

• Proven experience managing BAS construction, integration, or retrofit projects.
• Strong technical foundation in Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls.
• Ability to coordinate multi-trade teams and subcontractors in fast-paced environments.
• Highly organized with strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center projects is a plus.
