Role:
As the Project Engineer, you'll translate site-specific conditions into design modifications, coordinate contractors, and ensure successful deployments from evaluation through operations. This is a dynamic, field-oriented role at the intersection of engineering, construction, and project execution. As part of a high-growth startup, you will be challenged to rapidly expand your skillset, with ample opportunity to grow into a leadership role.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Thorough characterization of existing infrastructure at potential installation sites to refine designs, installation procedures, and inform site selection
• Technoeconomic modeling to optimize site selection and design selection
• Streamlining the site evaluation process to prepare for future rapid deployments
• Operations and maintenance of installed devices as needed
• Managing contractors/consultants as needed
• Travel to vendors, customers, and installation sites (15-30%)

• Minimum 1-2 years experience
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree
• Creative problem solving skills and scientific curiosity

• Salary range for this position (depending on experience and skillset): $75k to $125k + equity
