• Coordinate between Accenture and clients to create and implement business applications in the power generation industry.
• Translate process applications or integration shortfalls into effective transformation programs and projects.
• Supervise application, process, and functional design activities.
• Create functional requirements to be used in application design.
• Develop and test functional designs for business solution prototypes and components.
• Supervise the building and deployment of applications, data conversion, and test planning and execution.
• Support the development of new business, along with marketing and proposal efforts.

We are open to hiring in most major cities across the US that are near an Accenture Corporate Office.

• At least 3 years of power generation experience, preferably in nuclear or power plant industry.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with clients building effective strategies.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of nuclear work management, including planning, scheduling, and maintenance processes.
• Experience with nuclear asset management, equipment reliability, and configuration control.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
• Some experience working for a consulting firm.
