We are looking for a passionate structural engineer to join our Structural Engineering division. The role is open to December 2025 and Spring 2026 graduates with a Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering based in the Denver office.
What You’ll Be Doing- Assist with new design, evaluation, investigation, and repair design of existing buildings.
- Perform structural engineering analysis and design tasks in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
- Assist senior staff in on‑site investigations to document existing conditions and determine root causes.
- Support construction administration during project phases.
- Manage preparation of drawings and specifications.
- MS in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills.
- FE/EIT certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical judgment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP, RISA, RAM, SAFE).
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
- Enthusiasm, passion, and a high level of activity and productivity.

This compensation range is a good faith estimate per applicable equal pay and pay transparency laws. The pay range below is effective for 2026 and based on highest degree achieved. Actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
- Bachelor’s Degree: $79,560 - $81,640
- Master’s Degree: $83,200 - $85,280
- Doctorate Degree: $90,480 - $92,560
