We are looking for the best and brightest talent to join our Colorado Water Resources team. An ideal candidate will be someone who can use their passion and apply it to today’s challenges, while reinventing tomorrow. Our water resources team serves the top clients in the Denver metropolitan area and along the Colorado Front Range. Our team supports clients like the Mile High Flood District, Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority, City of Aurora, City and County of Denver, City of Fort Collins, City of Boulder, and more, in addition to supporting our internal transportation and conveyance practices.
As a valued Jacobs employee, you will work with multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver successful projects. You’ll have the opportunity to work on hydrologic and 1D/2D hydraulic modeling, stormwater conveyance design, floodplain modeling and mapping, river and ecosystem restoration, dams, reservoirs, and many other water‑related projects. Our projects include all phases, including planning studies and master plans, modeling, alternatives evaluations, preliminary and final design, decision modeling and optimization, cost analysis, permitting, land acquisition, services during construction, and more.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering discipline from an ABET accredited University program
