What We Offer The City and County of Denver offers competitive pay commensurate with education and experience.  New hires are typically brought into the organization between $160,000 - $210,000/annually, based on experience and education.  We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees which include but are not limited to:

This position directs, manages, and coordinates the development and implementation of transportation safety initiatives, mobility policies, and engineering solutions aligned with Vision Zero and the Safe Systems approach. We are seeking a visionary transportation leader who sees streets as public spaces that serve everyone with a deep understanding of engineering expertise and the courage to challenge conventional thinking, implementing innovative solutions that make Denver streets safer, more connected and more vibrant.
