What Your Impact Is- Drive complex site investigation and remediation projects for soil, groundwater, sediments, and free‑phase product.
- Deliver innovative, sustainable remedial solutions for oil & gas and other sectors.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of technical excellence and safety.
- Strengthen client relationships and contribute to ERM’s growth through business development.
- Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in site investigation/remediation under diverse regulatory programs (RCRA, CDPHE, Colorado ECMC, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
- OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Driver's License
Required:
This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area. - This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
- 7+ years preferred progressive experience in site investigation/remediation under diverse regulatory programs (RCRA, CDPHE, Colorado ECMC, etc.).
- Professional Certification (P.E. or P.G.) or active pursuit of licensure.
- Experience with innovative remedial technologies and sustainability‑focused approaches.
- Local candidates strongly preferred.
- Manage projects and lead technical teams for site investigation and remediation.
- Plan and oversee field activities: sampling, drilling, well installation, vapor intrusion assessment, pilot tests, and system construction oversight.
- Design and negotiate remedial solutions using emerging and traditional technologies.
- Prepare technical proposals and support business development initiatives.
- Mentor junior staff and build collaborative relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and champion innovative remediation strategies.
Accepting applications on an ongoing basis. For the Managing Consultant, Engineering/Geologist/Scientist position, the anticipated annual base pay is $93,225–$132,849 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
