Controls Specialist (BAS / SCADA / EPMS / DCIM) – $85K–$135K + Bonus – Denver, CO – Mission-Critical Infrastructure About the Opportunity:
A rapidly growing, nationally recognized leader in Data Center and Building Automation technologies is seeking a skilled Controls Specialist with hands‑on experience in BAS, SCADA, DCIM, or EPMS platforms. This Denver, CO‑based position plays a key role in supporting, optimizing, and maintaining automation and monitoring systems within high‑availability, mission‑critical environments.
Location:- Denver, CO
- Title: Controls Specialist
- Technical Focus: BAS, SCADA, EPMS, DCIM (all major systems welcomed; Tridium/Niagara experience highly desirable)
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
- Bonus: 10%–20% annual performance incentive

- Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain BAS, SCADA, and EPMS platforms in mission‑critical environments
- Integrate and program control systems using BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP communication protocols
- Commission Tridium/Niagara frameworks and other major automation platforms
- Modify, refine, and optimize control sequences, logic, and system programming
- Perform point‑to‑point testing, system verification, and functional performance checks
- Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and related control hardware
- Calibrate sensors, actuators, and field devices to maintain accurate and reliable system performance
