  • Drive risk identification and resolution, managing the risk register and supporting mitigation strategies through the Risk Management (RM) process.
  • Collaborate with government customers and industry partners to assess program maturity and readiness across each phase of the Intelligence Community Lifecycle Acquisition process.
  • Provide high-level technical consultation and decision support, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and develop recommendations to inform senior government decision-makers.

  • Experience with systems integration, requirements sell‑off, and closure within space and space‑related ground architectures.
  • Familiarity with mission planning, control, or processing functions supporting space missions.
  • Proven ability to identify user and enterprise requirements, perform gap analysis, and drive resolution.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence community mission environments and core systems engineering practices.
  • Effective communicator with experience briefing senior‑level government officials (O‑5/ equivalent or higher).
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital engineering environments.
  • Certifications such as INCOSE, DAWIA, Agile, or PMP.
