OpportunityWe are seeking a Structural Engineer/Associate for our Civil & Structural Engineering practice in multiple U.S. locations:
Menlo Park, CA;
Irvine, CA;
Oakland, CA;
Denver, CO;
Atlanta, GA;
Warrenville, IL;
Houston, TX; or New York, NY. In this role you will conduct analytical and computer problem‑solving, perform field investigations and diagnostic surveys, and maintain client relations.
- Inspect and analyze structural performance failures, identifying root causes.
- Perform quantitative risk analysis for structures.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Establish and maintain professional expertise through continuous development.
- Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering focus or a related field.
- P.E. or S.E. license, or the ability to obtain one.
- Excellent creative problem‑solving ability.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead or collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to gather information and convey technical conclusions to stakeholders across engineering, business, and industry.

Base salary range: USD 116,000 – USD 150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and capabilities.
Benefits include a comprehensive total compensation plan: base salary, bi‑weekly high‑intensity bonuses, annual bonus, 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary, and a range of health, well‑being, and professional development programs.
