Key Responsibilities- Oversee all electrical engineering activities, from system architecture to PCB and firmware development.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3‑20 engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Drive product development cycles from concept through prototype, hardware bring‑up, testing, and production.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (mechanical, software, product) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance for aerospace products.
- 15+ years of electrical engineering experience.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 3‑20.
- Expertise in high‑speed digital, FPGA, PCB layout, hardware bring‑up, and related technologies.
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Electrical Engineering.
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
Base salary range: $210,000 – $250,000 per year. Bonuses range 3–10% of base. Additional benefits include medical, vision, and 401(k) plans.
