Base pay range: $140,000 - $220,000 per year
Job Details- At least 10 years of experience with a strong preference for a Structural Engineering background or a Mechanical Engineer with significant structural engineering experience.
- Must have experience managing engineering teams.
- Oversees and directs the creation of engineering methodologies and tools for the design of solar PV mounting solutions.
- Sets the technical standard of engineering and deliverables to support our EPC customers.
- Develops existing capabilities and builds additional capabilities in our Structural and Applications engineering team.
- Communicates with customers to build confidence and relationships.
- Is familiar with a variety of engineering design and application concepts, practices, and procedures (e.g., structural, aerodynamics, geotechnical, construction management, International Building Code).
- Solar PV and UL2703 code application experience and knowledge preferred.
- Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
- Must be willing to travel 20-25%.
