CAD Technician

Reporting to the Principals of the Company and performing the specific duties, including, but not limited to:

· Creating 2-D drawings, P&’s, schematics, layouts, general arrangements, wiring diagrams, etc.…. any and all disciplines

· Reviewing estimates for level-of-effort requirements

- Use of AutoCAD and Revit

- Solid understanding and ability to adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations

- Typical projects include commercial and industrial buildings, power generation facilities, water treatment facilities, pump stations, and compressor stations.

- Perform other duties as directed by the Principals

Previous AutoCAD and Revit experience of at least 2 years

· Certification is preferred

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· 2+ years of relevant commercial or government experience
