Victory Solutions is a service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) and woman-owned small business (WOSB) in the aerospace, defense, and technical engineering industries.

We are looking for Systems Engineers with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) experience to join the Victory Solutions team in Denver, CO, Plano, TX or Dayton, OH. The candidate will research, architect, model, simulate, test, certify and improve cutting-edge digital products and services. The candidate will also be a part of developing complex software system architectures within contextual modeling platforms, using them from operational concept through preliminary and detailed design, simulation, and test using progressive tools.

• Collaborating with Product Owners and other engineering disciplines on technical approaches.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyzing context of deliverable solution against constraints and available technology.
• Exercising independent judgment on software architecture, methods, and techniques to achieve results.

• Bachelor of Science degree in System Engineering or related discipline and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience.
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
• Thorough understanding of requirements management, systems design, systems integration, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles.
• Knowledge of industry standard Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) approaches and tools.
• Experience in development, integration, and test of software systems.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
