Professional Engineer

Bhate Environmental Associates, Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Professional Engineer to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. • Support environmental restoration and remediation projects nationwide.
• Assist with site assessments, operations and maintenance of treatment systems, in‑situ remediation of soils and groundwater, and sampling of groundwater, soil, sediment and surface water.
• Prepare and write technical reports and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and standards.
• Work with multiple clients and contractors in commercial and government sectors; travel may be required up to 25%.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Professional registration in area of discipline (e.g., PE, PMP).
• 10 years’ experience with environmental characterization or remediation work; 5 or more managing tasks or projects.
• Strong team leadership and management skills with focus on quality, time management, and mentoring.
• Advanced technical writing skills and ability to produce clear environmental documents.
• Experience managing projects and overseeing work to meet quality and time standards.
• Experience working with the Federal Government (e.g., DoD, EPA, or USACE).

• Capability to perform physical field work.
• Valid U.S. Passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Background check clearance for access to Department of Defense properties.
• OSHA 40‑Hour HAZWOPER training, CPR, and Adult First Aid.
