As a Licensed Engineer on the Data Center Civil team, you will be a part of the firm’s largest and most complex projects. You will receive instructions on assignment objectives and complex features and perform work involving standard plans. This role contributes to generating ideas and creating designs that provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs.

Olsson currently has several opportunities for a Licensed Civil Engineer to support our Data Center Civil team. This role offers flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities, to accommodate diverse working preferences and promote work-life balance. Candidates can work hybrid schedules, remotely, or work out of any Olsson office location.

• Work on data center civil design on hyperscale campuses and related infrastructure
• Collaborate with project teams to develop solutions and meet assignment objectives
• Prepare and review standard plans and design concepts
• Contribute to high-quality, engineering-driven project outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Must be a registered professional engineer (PE)
• At least 4 years of related civil engineering experience
• Proficient in Civil 3D software
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
