• Expert in Rockwell PLC’s, set up, programming, troubleshooting all aspects of Rockwell’s platform of PLC’s.
• Ability to work with programmers and engineers in the office for supporting PLC issues.
• Able to travel to site on an on call basis to support PLC issues.
• Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, produce concise reports appropriate for all levels.
• Takes ownership for project success: delivery of target quality, cost management and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively builds a knowledge base of tools and methodologies to drive productivity and growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Travel as required for various field programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline (Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Systems) desired.
• Configuration of PLC systems including programming, testing, set up, troubleshoot and implementation.
• Setup and integration of hardware for PLC systems.
• HMI configuration for PLC systems.
• Detailed design experience with design deliverables such as instrument and IO indexes, written specifications, cause and effect diagrams, PLC Systems networking and architecture, binary logic diagrams, instrument datasheets, FAT & SAT protocols, proof test protocols, construction scope of works and project execution plans and schedules.
• Experience working in the field with specific support for construction management, FAT and SAT, installation qualification, commissioning and handover.
• Systems experience should include Rockwell.
• Experience in the full lifecycle of automation development, from planning, development, testing, commissioning and operations.
• Systems Configuration experience required.
• HMI Configuration experience required.

The consultant will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability in mining operations.

This is a contract position based in Denver, Colorado.

Pay Rate: $94.40 - $138.82 commensurate with experience.
