• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10-15 years of hands-on experience in structural engineering design & construction.

• Ability to develop strategic solutions with minimal direction.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Capable of handling project timelines ranging from six to twelve months.
