Strong project managers are essential to our success. We're looking for a pro to support our growing Municipal Wastewater Team. In this role, you will lead some of the industry's best engineers while executing highly technical, complex projects including wastewater treatment facility, lift station, and sewer system design/construction.
It takes many skills to manage projects in the engineering industry, from forming and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, to successfully delivering projects, to staying in step with current and future regulations, to actively seeking out the next project.

Our Denver, Colorado Water team is a dynamic group of 55 people that focus on water and wastewater projects for municipal and industrial clients, spanning treatment, distribution and collection, and more. We need a Municipal Wastewater Project Manager who will:
+ Share ideas and boldly explore technical solutions and thought leadership. We are a diverse team with ambitious goals - be a part of the constantly evolving story!
+ Bring outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills to lead project teams through challenging requirements and overlapping schedules. These skills and a flexible, team-player attitude are essential for building relationships at all levels of our organization and managing multiple deadlines in our dynamic environment.
+ Be excited to coach and mentor other engineers to shape the leaders of tomorrow. We appreciate the lessons you have learned in your career and technical chops you bring to the table, and we want you to be a hands-on participant in the growth of others.
+ Understand and apply conventional and advanced treatment technologies to solve complex wastewater quality challenges for clients in Colorado and the surrounding regions.
We are also looking for a Project Manager who can:
+ Provide leadership and guidance through all aspects of engineering projects from concept to completion, including overall safety, quality, engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, project controls, and public/community relations.
+ Collaborate and coordinate with multi-disciplinary project teams to provide deliverables and services that meet internal QA/QC requirements and client expectations.
