Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Building Engineer to join their client's team. The role requires a highly skilled individual to oversee and maintain building systems, ensuring the safety and comfort of occupants. The Building Engineer will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial buildings in metro Denver.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed.
• Monitor building automation systems and respond to alarms and malfunctions promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and building system performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of energy-saving strategies.
• Respond to tenant service requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide support for building projects and renovations as required.

• Proven experience as a Building Engineer, with a demonstrated ability to independently manage and maintain a building.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with building automation systems and energy management practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in building systems are preferred.

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
