The JOB

We have an immediate need for a BIM Coordinator in our Golden office to provide BIM implementation support to engineers and projects.

Duties include setting up and managing project Revit models, multi-discipline element modeling, provide project team BIM support, and lead internal system coordination processes. This role will also work closely with Digital Design Director and BIM Manager to help maintain and develop BIM content and standards, foster out-of-the-box, high-level thinking and employ cutting‑edge solutions using the latest technology.

• Minimum of 4‑years’ experience working with BIM process and related software
• Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Experience with creating and manipulating Revit families.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Knowledge of clash detection and coordination workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deliverable deadlines.
• Attention to detail, ensures model and drawing standards are met.
• Work well individually and in a team environment.
• Complete work in efficient and accurate manner.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Maintain positive attitude and good public relations.
