Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Systems Engineer, Field/Service Technician

Your TeamYou will support and train field service technicians and other CSTs on advanced systems and service procedures. This role operates across hospital environments and service centers, supporting both installed systems and new deployments. You’ll work with technologies spanning medical devices, network infrastructure, and connected care platforms.

What you'll be doing- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic medical equipment
- Diagnose and resolve issues with network-connected devices, including servers and PoE switches
- Maintain and configure computer and network equipment post-install (systems, peripherals, configurations)
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance and service schedules across assigned customers
- Perform in-field depot-level repairs on internal mechanical and electrical components
- Utilize OEM service documentation for root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support product installations, system implementations, and configuration activities
- Participate in on-call service support as scheduled
- 5+ years of hands-on experience servicing medical devices
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and networked systems
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP and connected device environments
- Experience troubleshooting PoE switches, servers, and connected systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements
- Associate degree or technical/trade certification in a related field preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, MCSE, or MCSA preferred
- Experience working with FDA-regulated medical devices preferred

The estimated base salary for this position is $68,000 - $93,500.The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.
