Sr. Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who possesses extensive experience in the analysis, design, and management of resilient electrical infrastructure within large-scale industrial settings.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Oversee the electrical design scope for a variety of projects, ranging from smaller, fast-paced tasks under $5M to massive, multi-million-dollar capital investments.
• Leadership and Oversight: Manage and authorize project schedules for drafting and design staff to help the team consistently meet quality standards and project milestones.
• Lifecycle Execution: Take ownership of the full technical lifecycle of electrical systems to ensure high-performance outcomes for our clients.
• Quality and Compliance: Maintain rigorous design standards and regulatory compliance by identifying and resolving technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentorship: Foster professional growth by providing direct guidance and technical support to junior engineering staff.

Required Qualifications

• Education and Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with a current Professional Engineer (PE) license and a commitment to continuous learning.
