A Customer Service Representative who works in all aspects of customer service, including product selection, order processing, AR/AP, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs.

• Assist with electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
• Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations team’s to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
• Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
• Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
• Prepare reports under the manager’s supervision
• Aid team members in administrative tasks
• Organize and stage inventory in designated warehouse areas for efficient access and safety compliance
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders; report discrepancies promptly
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (training provided) and adhere to all safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse spaces to meet safety standards

• 0-1 years of experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• AP and AR experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn JD Edwards (training will be provided)
• Ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
• Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods

• You have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
• You have good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• You’re able to respond professionally to inquiries or complaints
• Commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service in both office and warehouse settings
• You read, write, and speak English fluently

• The base compensation for this position ranges from $18.51 to $24.67 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
