**** The Job:
** As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for the administration of the day-to-day functional operations of a regional warehouse under the direction of the Regional Manager
* Take and process customer orders via phone, mail, and through sales personnel
* Execute requests for quotation from customers and prospects, according to the Regional Manager's guidelines
* Handle effectively the expediting of customer and inventory orders
* Provide total customer satisfaction by promptly and efficiently reacting to customer requirements, while working within established company guidelines
* Distribution responsibilities include negotiating freight rates and tariffs, routing traffic, tracing shipments, obtaining proof of delivery, and the filing of freight claims
* Analyze, administer, and order inventory for the regional location
* Administration of the regional rental fleet
* Processing customer returns and requests for credit and assistance in the resolving of credit problems
* Maintain prompt communication with customers and company personnel
* Contact of outside vendors for services, price, delivery, and the request of issuance of purchase orders for the same
* Ordering of general and shipping supplies and administer and analyze daily cycle counting
* Assist in the training of regional operations personnel
** The Person:
*** High school diploma or GED
* 1-2 years front office experience
* Microsoft Word, Excel experience

The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $19 - $21 per hour. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
