Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

We are looking for Experienced Hosts to join our team at My Neighbor Felix Lohi! If you are looking to join a fun and dynamic team in a lively restaurant and bar environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Hourly pay: $15.79 + gratuities (tips)

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a host role required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and guest flow effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on conveying the passionate nature of Lotus Concepts.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic, fast‑paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations:
    Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, embodying the welcoming atmosphere. Foster positive guest relationships by anticipating needs, providing recommendations, and addressing inquiries with a commitment to the brand.
  • Reservation Management:
    Effectively manage reservations, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and optimizing guest flow for both regular and special events.
  • Communication:
    Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure smooth transitions between seating and service.
  • Guest Assistance:
    Extend assistance and information to guests, helping them navigate the guests experience and handling any guest concerns or issues with a solution‑oriented approach.
