KSE Digital is an entity of KSE and is responsible for content creation and distribution, web/app development, and digital advertising for the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, Altitude Sports, and other KSE‑owned platforms.

The Emerging Platforms Coordinator will drive the Denver Nuggets’ growth and lead strategy on You Tube, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts. This role will focus on long‑form and short‑form storytelling that elevates the Nuggets brand, engages fans, and positions the team at the forefront of emerging video trends. The coordinator will ideate, produce, organize, and publish platform‑specific content, ensuring the Nuggets maximize reach, authenticity, and innovation across these channels.

• Own day‑to‑day strategy, ideation, publishing, and optimization for the Denver Nuggets’ You Tube, You Tube Shorts, Tik Tok and Snapchat Spotlight channels, with an emphasis on video‑driven storytelling and platform‑native creativity.
• Develop and maintain plans for long‑form You Tube series, game‑related content and additional original concepts.
• Create, adapt, and publish short‑form vertical content tailored to Tik Tok and Shorts (highlights, trends, player moments, mic’d ups, humorous/quick‑hit content, etc.).
• Contribute video‑first content to X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Snapchat, and  as needed.
• Collaborate with producers, editors, and social team members to ensure every story is told in the right format for the right platform.
• Capture and publish content around games, practices, player availability, community events, sponsored assets, marketing campaigns, and fan interactions.
• Monitor emerging platform features, creator trends, editing styles, and audience behaviors; make data‑informed recommendations on how the Nuggets can innovate and lead in the video space.

• Typical Office Conditions

• Minimum
  • BS/BA degree in field or related field
  • High School or GED
  • 2+ years’ experience working in social media
  • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
  • Passion and knowledge for You Tube and Tik Tok, among other platforms.
• Preferred
  • Experience and/or knowledge in basketball and NBA culture.
  • Experience publishing on social media and community moderation.
• Ability to maintain positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writinge

• Base hourly range $22-$26 per hour
