Customer Service Rep
The Vehicle Service agent assists parking customers and personnel who may be stranded or need help due to vehicle malfunctions or other reasons. The agent facilitates by providing specific services or communicating with appropriate authorities that may assist customers. The agent additionally assists in replacing gate arms.
Compensation and Scheduled Shifts- Part‑Time, Evenings & late nights — 5:00 PM–1:30 AM (3–4 days/week) and 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (1 day/week), totaling 32 hours/week
. - $22.75/hour; non‑tipped
- Must have a safe driving record and pass MVR driving record check
- Unwavering reliability/punctuality
- Must be able to deliver excellent customer service.
- Possess basic knowledge of automotive mechanics (i.e., Battery anatomy and tire inflation ability)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to understand and follow guidelines and procedures
- Possess problem‑solving skills
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. - Must be able to clear and maintain airport badging requirements.
- Must meet required speaking and listening skills assessment level
- Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods.
- Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
- Ability to perform functions that require repetitive motions
