CT & Co. is hiring On-Call Screening Representatives

You'll be there for the gasps, the laughs, and the post-credits buzz, and you'll help us capture it. CT & Co. is looking for reliable, outgoing film enthusiasts to represent our team at local screenings and special events.

If you love movies and want a foot in the entertainment world, this is a great place to start. The work is on-call and part-time, so it can fit around school, another job, or whatever else you've got going on.

Arrive before showtime, sync with the team, welcome a line of excited moviegoers, keep check-in moving, watch the room react, send a quick wrap report and your best approved photos.

• Help create a welcoming, smooth experience for moviegoers.
• Coordinate guest check-in and screening logistics with theater staff.
• Observe audience reactions and gather voluntary feedback.
• Take approved event photos, following all theater and studio guidelines.
• Submit a concise wrap report after each assignment. This time is paid.

• Enjoy connecting with people and feel comfortable guiding a crowd.
• Stay organized and calm when things get busy.
• Notice the details and communicate clearly.
• Are dependable and available for occasional evening, weekend, or holiday assignments.

Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or publicity is a plus.

This is a temporary, on-call, part-time employee role based on local screening needs. Regular weekly hours are not guaranteed.

• Mid-week Screening Rep: $100
• Mid-week Special Event / Senior Rep: $125
• Weekend/Holiday Screening Rep: $135
• Weekend/Holiday Special Event / Senior Rep: $175

Assignments typically run about 4 hours, including setup, the event, and the wrap report. If a screening or event runs longer than 4 hours, additional time is paid hourly at the local minimum wage (currently $19.29/hour in Denver and $21.30/hour in Seattle). Parking fees are reimbursed separately in full.
