Lost Time Entertainment is an independent Hip-Hop & R&B record label founded by artist AV. We specialize in digital strategy, creative storytelling, and the development of high-impact visual campaigns that engage youth culture and music audiences on a global scale.

We are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Media Manager to lead our visual strategy, manage digital media channels, and oversee short-form content execution across Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, You Tube Shorts All Social media platforms.

This position operates on a flexible, project-based structure, with compensation tied to release campaigns, artist milestones, and overall label growth.

• Short-Form Content Production:
  Edit and produce high-engagement video content, including behind-the-scenes footage, music clips, and promotional teasers.
• Channel Strategy:
  Manage and oversee content posting schedules across Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube.
• Brand Aesthetics:
  Uphold a cohesive, high-contrast visual identity for Lost Time Entertainment and artist AV.
• Analytics & Growth:
  Monitor video performance, audience engagement trends, and campaign metrics to inform and optimize future releases.

• Proficiency with mobile or desktop editing software, such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of contemporary Hip-Hop & R&B culture, music trends, and viral video formats.
• Ability to work independently with a minimum weekly availability of 3-5 hours, with flexibility around music release schedules.
• Demonstrated creative ambition and strong attention to detail.

• Creative autonomy over label visual assets and content direction.
• Official media management credit across label releases and campaigns.
• Scalable compensation structure tied to project campaigns and label milestones.
