Within our Corporate Finance team in Denver — Leprino is seeking a Revenue Assurance Accountant to strengthen the connection between pricing, billing, and profitability! You’ll join a collaborative finance group that partners across departments to protect revenue integrity, support strategic growth, and drive process excellence.

At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $69,000 and $81,000
. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

• Manage the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy in quoting, pricing execution, billing, and revenue reporting.
• Administer customer rebate and fixed-price agreements with precise calculation, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing, resolving issues quickly and improving process flow.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations that meet accounting standards and company policy.
• Audit pricing against contractual agreements to confirm compliance and accuracy.
• Support revenue-related customer reporting and assist with financial statement preparation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase revenue, and enhance profitability.
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Customer Service, Master Data, Sales, and Accounting to maintain strong revenue assurance practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• One to three years of experience in accounting, revenue assurance, or financial analysis.
• Understanding of general accounting and revenue recognition principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with confidence handling large data sets.

• Professional accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing or CPG company.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience managing rebate or fixed-price programs and performing pricing audits.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and financial statement preparation.
• Proven ability to identify process gaps and propose data-driven solutions to improve revenue accuracy.
