Senior QTC Finance Transformation Manager
We are seeking a Senior QTC Finance Transformation Manager to lead strategic initiatives that modernize and scale our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) ecosystem for the Finance & Accounting organization. This role focuses on optimizing end-to-end revenue processes—from quoting, contracting, and billing to collections and revenue recognition—while driving system and process transformation that supports scalable growth. You will serve as the liaison between Finance and Business Systems, establish a PMO function within the CFO organization, and lead high-impact strategic projects such as post-merger integration, AI strategy for Finance, and end-to-end management reporting frameworks.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong project leadership, deep finance and accounting process knowledge, and the ability to influence across multiple teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across QTC, aligning process improvements with business strategy and scalability needs.
- Define, design, and implement target-state processes that drive automation, compliance, and efficiency across Finance and Accounting functions.
- Partner with leadership to shape the finance transformation roadmap, ensuring readiness for growth, scale, and potential IPO.
- Serve as primary interface between Finance/Accounting stakeholders and Business Systems/IT team.
- Translate finance requirements into technical specifications for ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, and reporting platforms.
- Prioritize projects with Finance leadership to ensure high-impact delivery.
- Establish and run QTC PMO function, ensuring governance, milestone tracking, and benefits realization.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects—post-merger integration work streams, ERP/automation implementations, and controls optimization.
- Build project intake, metrics, and reporting frameworks to monitor progress and impact.
- Drive innovation in Finance by evaluating and implementing new technologies, including AI-enabled tools for forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Lead the design of an end-to-end management reporting framework providing actionable insights.
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and other teams to strengthen data analytics capabilities.
- Develop and execute change management strategies for new processes and systems.
- Lead UAT, training, and launch communications to ensure smooth transition and user buy-in.
- Act as trusted advisor to Finance leadership by surfacing risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early.
- 8+ years progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Consulting with deep exposure to QTC transformation.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects spanning Finance, IT, and Operations.
- Strong knowledge of QTC processes (CPQ, billing, collections, revenue recognition) and related systems.
- Proven experience managing complex projects, building PMO structures, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans.
- CPA, MBA, or PMP certification.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP, CPQ, or revenue automation tools.
- Prior experience in a high‑growth, SaaS, or pre‑IPO environment.
- Exposure to AI-enabled finance tools and advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606), SOX compliance, and effective control frameworks.
