Base pay range: $134,000 - $224,000 per year.

We provide end‑to‑end solutions throughout the transaction lifecycle, enabling executives to make informed decisions by identifying risks and opportunities unique to each transaction.

• Use financial acumen, including GAAP, to assist clients on a variety of financial and tax issues associated with M&A transactions.
• Draft EBITDA tables with supporting calculations and net working capital analysis.
• Lead due diligence projects to highlight risks and opportunities related to growth, working capital, or underperformance.
• Oversee preparation of earnings and net working capital analysis for buy‑ and sell‑side deals.
• Lead management meetings, client discussions, and internal team meetings.
• Own planning of and successful delivery against project budget and work streams.
• Co‑coach junior team members, provide feedback, and foster a team‑based culture.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant transaction experience focusing on quality of earnings, net working capital, and cash flows.
• Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to work independently, thrive in dynamic environment, and solve problems proactively.
• Strong analytical rigor and written & verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required based on client location.
