Job DescriptionWe are hiring a challenge-seeking Staff Accountant who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in discovering the right solutions. A team player who enjoys working alongside their colleagues in fast paced environment where the time flies because every day is a busy one.

- Ensuring accuracy of corporate financial records and reports for assigned duties.
- Prepare and enter journal entries for month-end close process.
- Complete monthly, quarterly and yearly balance sheet reconciliations for cash accounts.
- Provide related variance analysis monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Collaborating among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies.
- Preparing, reviewing, and distributing financial reports.
- Preparing roll-forwards and financial analysis.
- This is an in-office opportunity.

What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- 1-2+ two years of relevant experience.
- Experience with monthly, quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, specifically cash reconciliations.
- Experience conducting variance analysis.
- Experience conducting actual to budget/forecast analysis.
- Experience recording monthly journal entries, accruals, reclasses, etc.
- Proficient financial system skills with an emphasis on Excel, Smart View
- Workday Financials and Blackline experience a plus.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Nimble problem solver who enjoys complex challenges.
- Demonstrates quality customer service, teamwork, and cultural fit.
What We Offer:
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including:
- Expected pay rate of $65,000- $78,000 plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
