Job DescriptionThe Person al Banker provides the best client experience possible for BOKF’s clients. They are empowered and responsible for delivering a superior experience on every interaction, building long‑term engagement. Interactions include teller transactions, digital banking products, debit cards, and more. The Person al Banker may interact in person, via phone, chat, email, or other digital channels.
How You’ll Spend Your Time- Deliver exceptional client experience to build, expand, and retain long‑term client relationships.
- Open and recommend retail product lines, including loans, during routine service and teller transactions.
- Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, e‑Statements, mobile and ATM deposit capabilities.
- Resolve simple to moderate client problems, ensuring high client experience and satisfaction.
- Process teller transactions (cash checks, withdrawals, balances) while seeking opportunities to deepen relationships.
- Comply with internal control, audit, security, and compliance policies and regulations.
- Participate in professional development through training, coaching, and self‑improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (college degree is a plus).
- Working knowledge of consumer financial products and services.
- Experience with banking, sales, and/or contact center operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to follow established standards and use judgment to determine when to elevate a matter.
- Strong basic math skills for reconciling accounts.
- PC skills with word processing, spreadsheets, and learning company systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sales and client relationships.
- Detail‑oriented, accurate.
