• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance the goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
