The firm is actively expanding and hiring across Analyst through VP levels to support its increasing deal volume and strategic growth initiatives.
This firm is seeking a highly motivated investment banking professional with experience, ideally with a background in M&A advisory within the Consumer, Business Services, Agriculture, or Industrial sectors. The role requires strong technical skills, hands‑on deal execution experience, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset. Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior team members on a variety of assignments, including business development, capital raising (equity and debt), M&A transactions, and other strategic advisory engagements
- Prepare high‑quality materials such as pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations, and financial models
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation work, oversee modeling efforts, and support due diligence processes
- Review and guide the work of junior team members, ensuring accuracy, structure, and prioritization
- Engage directly with client executive teams, playing a central role in deal execution, process management, and due diligence coordination
- Support outreach efforts during marketing phases, including direct interaction with private equity firms, lenders, and strategic acquirers
- Minimum of three years of experience in M&A advisory or investment banking, ideally with prior Analyst and/or Associate‑level exposure
- Strong analytical and accounting skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 license preferred
- Senior leadership is actively engaged, offering direct mentorship and visibility into firm strategy and deal execution
- High volume of complex transactions provides exceptional hands‑on deal experience and a strong track record of reps
