What You’ll Do

• Serve as the subject matter expert, driving awareness, confidence, and understanding of the Principal Branded Investment Platform.

• Coordinate and execute field meetings and communications with WSRS Sales, customer care, and advisor care teams, including one‑on‑one meetings, plan sponsor meetings, and advisory events.

• Build and maintain strong product knowledge of all investment strategies on the platform; collaborate with Investment Services, Due Diligence, and portfolio management teams.

• Partner with sales, marketing, and product leadership to develop and deliver proactive investment initiatives that increase confidence and product knowledge.

• Stay current with competitive analysis to assist in acquiring new assets and clarify the investment process and performance of the platform’s options.

• Lead the regional team to achieve team goals.

• Heavy incentive component in addition to salary listed.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• FINRA licensing required: SIE, Series 7, andor 66;
Series 24 preferred or must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

• Progress towards an MBA, CIMA, CFA, or other investment designation preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in investment management and/or corporate retirement plan marketplace.

• Understanding of investment management products across all asset classes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with creativity, self‑initiative, and problem‑solving skills.

• Travel and overnight stays required (approximately 30‑50 % of the time).

Salary Range

Base salary: $157,000 – $213,000 per year. Total compensation may include bonuses and incentives that could exceed base salary.
