Senior Tax Manager – Remote (West Coast)

We’re partnering with a highly respected wealth management firm that’s actively seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep experience serving High‑Net‑Worth (HNW) and Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth (UHNW) individuals. In this leadership role, you’ll mentor and guide a team of Senior Tax Associates and Tax Associates, while continuing to grow your own expertise in complex tax matters.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 5+ years of tax experience working with HNW and/or UHNW clients

• CPA and/or EA is required

• Ability to communicate effectively to clients and advisors while working cross‑functionally with different managers and executives

• Showcase strong management skills to develop and train senior and associate level employees

What You’ll Do:

• Mentor a team of Senior Tax Associates, Tax Associates, and/or Tax Assistants in the local office or region, as assigned

• Prepare, review, and sign tax returns for high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts, and businesses

• Perform tax research while creating quarterly estimates and projections

• Respond to tax questions, estimates, projections, and analysis with both tax and wealth‑management clients in a timely and accurate manner

• Work with tax staff to respond to tax notices and initial preparation of corresponding letters

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

• The expected range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
