Job Description
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely Data Center invoice processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives and approved budget. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities.
Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Reconcile amounts billed with underlying DC service orders and initiate disputes with suppliers when/as needed. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry, verification, correction, and analysis for all Data Center invoices and associated financial transactions.
Reconcile invoiced amounts with Data Center service orders, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed, including initiating supplier disputes when required.
Collect, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), comparing actual results to business objectives and approved budgets.
Provide regular updates to management regarding budget-to-actual performance, highlighting deviations and identifying opportunities for improvement or cost savings.
Advise management on the economic impact and compliance risks associated with key business decisions and contracts.
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements throughout all stages of invoice processing and business analysis.
Work proactively with suppliers to investigate and resolve invoice disputes and correct billing errors in a timely manner.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
