• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Direct and coordinate the company's financial planning and budget management functions.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
• Manage the preparation of year‑end close processes and financial outlooks.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
• Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
• Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of business results.
• Direct the cost accounting, fixed‑assets, and manufacturing accounting processes.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting needs.
• Reconcile the company's ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior‑level finance or accounting position.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial statements, cost accounting, fixed‑assets, manufacturing accounting, year‑end close, reconciliation, ledger management, cash flow, and consolidations.
• Strong understanding of financial trends within the company and general market patterns.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and creative skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software and databases.
