Overview

Established and industry leading manufacturing client is seeking a Controller with strong manufacturing background. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing industry experience, FP&A and prior cost accounting oversight.

Hybrid - In office 3 days a week

Up to $180k, 25% bonus

• Oversight of corporate accounting and cost accounting
• Hire, train, and mentor accounting staff
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Commercial/pricing strategy and forecasting
• Oversee cost accountants

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Prior experience as a Controller in manufacturing industry preferred
• FP&A experience

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $180,000.

Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.

PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year. Benefits accrual are annual.
