Overview
A respected international law firm is seeking a Finance Associate in Denver to support commercial and leveraged finance matters. This role offers exposure to diverse credit transactions and collaboration with a globally integrated finance team.
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. This range is provided by the firm; your actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with team members on a wide range of commercial and leveraged finance transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate finance-related documents with attention to detail
- Support credit transactions across multiple industries and deal structures
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving banking, finance, and related practice areas
- Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on transaction execution
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial or leveraged finance
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Broad exposure to commercial and leveraged finance transactions
