SNI has partnered with a valued client to identify a Cash Applications Specialist. This role will manage reconciliations for high-profile clients and focus on building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with company customers. The Cash Applications Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing customer accounts, identifying issues, and performing collections through both written and verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and provide Accounts Receivable aging reports and communicate status updates to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers while managing billing and collections activities.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers as needed.
- Develop and implement performance or corrective action plans for clients with recurring payment issues.
- Apply and reconcile customer payments accurately.
- Review complex spreadsheets with multiple line items to identify, investigate, and correct discrepancies.
- Minimum of two years of experience in cash applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail to research payments and identify discrepancies accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to resolve issues.
The compensation for this position starts at $30 per hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.
