Role SummaryWork on the full life cycle of sophisticated real estate transactions: mortgage and mezzanine debt, JV equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development across asset classes. Expect lender and borrower-side work, portfolio and single-asset deals, and cross-office collaboration with finance, tax, and fund teams.
Candidate Profile- 3–8+ years of real estate or adjacent transactional experience from a national or respected boutique platform
- Deal sheet showing mortgage or mezzanine finance, JV equity, acquisitions or dispositions, and development work
- Strong drafting and deal execution skills; comfort running work streams and negotiating primary documents
- Candidates from non-real-estate transactional backgrounds with clear transferable skills will be considered
