A company is looking for a Manager, FP&A.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to GTM leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations
- Own GTM forecasting processes and ensure accurate forecasts and reporting
- Lead annual planning and monthly forecasting for the GTM function, including sales capacity modeling and commission expense forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a quantitative field
- 6-10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or GTM Finance
- Advanced skills in Excel modeling and proficiency with ERP, CRM, and BI tools
- Experience in the software industry preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence key business decisions
