About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Consultant for a role primarily dealing with forecasts and analysis of volume based discounts, rebates, common in manufacturing sales contracts for Original Equipment (OEM) and secondary market sales. Hands‑on and willing to jump into the details and solve problems.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare bridges, variance analysis, monthly reporting packages to CFO and others, monthly forecasts, some rebate analysis
- Work closely with sales teams and channel leaders
- Need strong FP&A experience, ideally in manufacturing and ideally in a large complex environment
- Needs to be decisive in decision making, confident in their skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in global manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with Oracle ERP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Prior involvement in budgeting cycles and financial planning systems
- Hourly rate of $65 to $77 an hour with Direct Deposit
- Full‑time, short‑term contract with potential for extension with full Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K Benefits as a W‑2 employee
