Crypto Operational Business Support Specialist

Job Description

• As a Crypto Operational Business Support Specialist support a wide range of daily activities across the crypto asset lifecycle including trading settlement risk monitoring and customer support.
• This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets coupled with strong problem-solving skills to perform below activities :
• Trading and Settlement - Transaction Processing Trade Reconciliation Settlement Monitoring & develop scripts (e.g. Python SQL) to automate reconciliation and reporting tasks streamlining operational workflows.
• Risk Management - Risk Monitoring Control Implementation collaborate with compliance and fraud teams to support AML / KYC
• Deposit and Withdrawal - Transaction Monitoring assist in managing and reconciling crypto wallets Exception Handling
• Account and Customer Support - Customer Inquiries Profile Management collaborate with engineering product and compliance teams to resolve complex customer issues and streamline support processes.
• Document and Process Management - Assist in developing refining and maintaining standard operating procedures and documentation for all operational activities Reporting Process Improvement

• Bachelors degree in finance Economics Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in financial services or cryptocurrency operations with a preference for prior experience in settlements or trading reconciliation
• Strong up-to-date knowledge of cryptocurrency markets blockchain technology and digital asset wallets.
• Proficiency in data analysis and automation tools (e.g. Python SQL Excel / VBA)
