Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Food Manufacturing | Pre-IPO | Denver, CO (On-Site)

Base Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 + Bonus + Equity

Are you a finance leader ready to lead a company through transformational growth and IPO readiness? Our valued client, a fast-growing organization in the clean-label prepared foods space, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from the food manufacturing industry to build and scale its accounting and finance function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations: accounting, FP&A, treasury, internal controls

• Build systems infrastructure: ERP implementation, budgeting tools, compliance

• Partner with executive leadership to drive pricing, margin optimization, and growth planning

• Hire and mentor a high-performing finance team

Qualifications

• CPA required (Big 4 background highly preferred)

• Minimum 5+ years in financial leadership roles within CPG or food manufacturing

• Experience in IPO preparation, SEC reporting, and governance

• Strong technical finance skills (GAAP, modeling, ERP systems like Net Suite/Oracle)

• Executive presence with the ability to represent the company externally
